Loader

Motorized ground loading

A motorized loader series that load from the ground, capable of holding rolls weighed at 100-300Kg depending on the version. They feature a solid metallic structure, fixed to the edge of the spreading table. From the control panel, the operator drives the system for motorized lift of the roll , laid over a proper cradle support, from the ground directly onto the machine. A specific device for automatic cradle reversing helps the roll loading over the machine turret.

Single capacity automation

Utilizes a single automatic carousel for roll storage and handling. The structure is comprised of a storage area, with conveyorized multi-level platforms. The lower one is dedicated to roll pre-loading , already in the right spreading sequence, and the upper one is used to collect the used rolls, automatically off-loaded after the spreading.

The roll loading/off-loading system, on a specific cradle support, is managed by the carousel in a fully automatic mode, in order to minimize the idle time of the spreader and improve its productivity.

High capacity automation

Utilizes a 10 roll automatic carousel for roll storage and handling. The storage area is comprised of 2 overlaped conveyorized platforms. The lower platform is used for roll pre-loading, randomly placed, as the proper spreading sequence is set by the control panel, equipped with interactive PC Touch with a dedicated intuitive and user friendly software. The upper platform is used to collect the used rolls, automatically off-loaded after the spreading.
